The STAR rating will improve your chances to sell a property

Buyers will be interested in properties with star ratings on your website. Even if they have not found a suitable property, they now know that you provide more than the basic information. Buyers will therefore revisit your site more often.

Your own STAR scheme

Do you have more than one property that deserves a STAR inspection? FPS will combine inspections and discuss a tailor-made solution with you. The goal will be to come to a mutually beneficial, long term working relationship.  

Which scenario applies?

Three possible scenarios may be of interest to you.

1. The owner wants to maintain control over who may use the STAR graph.

• The owner instructs FPS and pays 100% of inspection fees.
  
• The owner informs FPS which agencies he allows to use the STAR graph.
  
• FPS will deny any request from other agencies for approval to display the STAR graph.
  

2. The owner knows that the star rating is also in the interest of the agencies that he uses.

• The owner and you (and possibly other agencies) decide to share the inspection fees.
  
• The owner instructs FPS and pays 100% of inspection fees.
  
• The owner informs FPS which agencies are allowed to use the STAR graph.
  
• FPS will not get involved in the owner's financial arrangement with the agencies. 
  
• FPS will deny any request from other agencies for approval to display the STAR graph.
  

3. The owner is not convinced that the STAR graph is a powerful sales tool but you are.

• Your agency instructs FPS and pays 100% of inspection fees.
  
• Only your agency has the right to display the STAR graph.
  
• FPS will deny any request from the owner and/or other agencies for approval to display the STAR graph.
  

Beat the competition

Is the property also for sale via other agencies? Instruct FPS to carry out the star inspection and your competitors are not allowed to publish the STAR graph. Even the owner is not allowed to use the STAR graph without your approval. FPS will refuse any requests for a copy of the STAR graph that are not initiated or approved by you.
