There are several types of surveys but all have one thing in common: a survey gives you information about the condition of a property.
Reports are written in English (or French, if required) and easy to understand.

Technical Support

The company provides technical assistance and advice before and during renovation projects. Experts can assess the technical and financial feasibility of a plan for the conversion, renovation or restoration of a property.

Locally based, English speaking experts can provide advise before and during the project. This often includes checking the quality of the work delivered by artisans, via spot checks during the project and upon completion of the work.

Qualified, Registered and Insured

All surveyors and other experts employed by French Property Surveyors are fully qualified and registered with the relevant professional organisations. In most cases, these organisations are RICS France (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), COIB (Institute of Builders), CEIF (Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France) or one of the architect organisations.

Members of these organisations are obliged to follow a strict code of conduct. They are completely independent and objective and give unbiased and untainted advice.
